As cities worldwide implement zero-emission zones for freight, transportation businesses and local authorities have increasingly looked for ways to electrify heavy-duty vehicles. Global sales of heavy-duty electric trucks between 2022-2023 climbed by more than one-third, according to the International Energy Agency.
